processes. Biochemists study the chemical combinations and reactions
involved in growth, metabolic process, reproduction and heredity.
Today the most important work in Biochemistry is the education
of DNA structure.

Biochemists are mainly engaged in research work related to the
field of medicine, agriculture and nutrition.
Biochemists in the field of medicine are engaged in the investigation
of courses of diseases, diagnostics testing .They study the role
of genetic transmission in determining the occurrence of disease
in parents.
Biochemists working in agriculture field are responsible for developing
improved techniques for crop cultivation, post management and
control and crop storage preservation.
Biochemists in field of nutrition study the effect of certain
minerals and vitamin deficiency on human body.
