Eligibility intermediate exam (10+2) of the Board of Inter Education of Andhra Pradesh with Maths and Physical Sciences (Phy & Chem) as optional subject or equivalent exam. Candidates must have passed in English. Application Procedure All candidates who pass qualifying exam from Andhra Pradesh and candidates belonging to Andhra Pradesh who pass qualifying exam outside India are required to appear for the Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) (Refer State level common details under ‘ Andhra Pradesh’). Selection On merit in EAMCET conducted at State level. Fees Rs 10765 including tuition fee, special fee, and other deposits, payable on admission. Foreign students nominated under self-financing scheme have to pay US$ 3000 per towards tuition fee. Hostels 12 blocks of hostels with accommodation for about 1500 boys. Accommodation for 300 girls is available in a separate girls hostel. Lodging Rs. 500 pa. Boarding Rs. 800 pm Scholarships Merit or Merit-cum-means scholarships to 25% of students, Scholarships to SC/ST and socially & economically backward classes, freeships, stipends, financial assistance etc are available.
