Students are admitted to the First Year Class of the B.E Degree Course in the different Branches of Engineering on the Basis of allotments of students by the Competent Authority/College as per guidelines issued by the Government of Maharashtra.
In keeping with the policy of Government of Maharashtra, 50% of the seats are treated as free seats and remaining 50% as payment seats. Admission is granted on the basis of marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the qualifying examination, namely, 12 th standard. 5% of the seats are reserved fortheNRIs.

Applications in the prescribed form admission to the First Year Class of B.E Degree course are recieved by the Competent Authority of the Goverment of Maharashtra at the admission centers specified by Government.The prescribed form of application and the rules of admission made by Government are printed in the Broucher which is available at a price in the office of the Director of Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai, and at other centers specified by Government after declaration of the Results of the H.S.C (Std. XII) examination.
