The college has an excellent team of well-qualified and experienced teachers headed by Dr. S.N. Sinha, Ph. D. (USA), Formerly Principal of Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College, Allahabad and Regional Engineering College, Jamshedpur and Ex.-Director of the Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of Bihar.

All Heads of departments are well qualified Professors of eminence having long teaching experience in colleges of repute. There are three Readers and Thirty full time lecturers besides fifteen visiting professors. The visiting professors are also having rich experience in their respective subject areas.
