The MBA
programme was started in January 1989 and has been recognised by all India
Council for Technical Education ( AICTE ) and accredited by the University
Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi.
The University
Grants Commission has provided the grants of Rs. 68 lakhs to the department
for the building and infrastructure and the UGC has also sanctioned the
faculty for the department :

The architectural design of the MBA Building is approved and the construction
of first Phase is completed. The finishing work is in the final stage
and the department.. Will start operating in the new building from the
coming session.
This MBA programme is a two year ( full time ) integrated course, in which cosmopolitan students from all disciplines are selected through Madhya Pradesh Management Joint Entrance Test (MPMJET) conducted by Professional Examination Board (PEB), Bhopal (MP). The programme exposes the young management students to the rganisational problems in corporate, public and private sectors and equips them with mecessary managerial tools for analysing these situation and developing their decision making skills.
OBJECTIVES

1.) To provide best education to the students so as to help them
in developing execllent managerial skills.
2.) To improve the decision making skills and administrative competence
of the budding executives.
3.) To promote knowledge through research and to disseminate such
knowledge through publication and reports.
4.) To understand how to solve problems through the process of
logical thinking.
5.) To learn how to work in a group through inter - personal relationship,
the value of team work and to work againest dead lines.
6.) To learn how about different types of business organisations,
the difficulty involved in running a business. The aspects of law, finance,
taxation, marketing, risk evaluation etc.
7.) The course gives emphasis to project work, so that students
become organised, and learn how to plan in practical terms.
8.) To provide necessary motivation and to make them competitive.
9.) To develop a well rounded personality.
