1. The cost of prospectus cum application form is Rs. 300/- (By cash or By demand draft payable at Agra in favour of All India Institute of technology & Management) and Rs. 325/- through post, for which a demand drafts has to be sent.

2. Applicants are advised to carefully read all the instructions given in the prospectus and ashere to them strictly without any discrepancy or omission.

3. Every application must be accompanied by requisite supporting documents. Incomplete application forms or applications without necessary documents may lead to unwanted delays or in some cases even rejection of his/her candidature.

4. In the event it is found that a candidate has furnished incorrect information or has concealed any facts;

• He/She loses his/her admission irrespective of at what stage of course he/she is, at that point of time.
• He/She will be debarred from pursuing any other course of studies at the institute.
• Suitable legal action will be initiated against him/her for furnishing wrong certificates / required information.
  

5. The candidates are required to enclose the photocopies of the following documents with their application forms;

• Mark sheets of qualifying exams.
• Transfer certificate from institution last studied.
• Character Certificate from the head of the instition last studied.
• 3 copies of passport size color photograph.

6. The migration certificate must be submitted within 90 days of admission, otherwise the student would not be allowed to appear in the examination.

Details of exact fees payable would be intimated at the time of admission. A part from the general fee, such fees as stipulated from time to time towards specific expenses would be informed. Any amount paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
