Pataldhamal Wadhwani college of Pharmacy ( B.Pharm) was started from the academic session 97-98. P.Wadhwani technical institute was started from 97-98. So that students admitted in D.Pharm or B.Pharm can get computer education in the same premises which is needed of todays era. Yavatmal Zilla Vikas Samiti is feeling proud to start post graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical business management., which is first of its kind in vidarbha region from the academic session 1997-98. All the colleges are provided with highly qualified, well trained staff, well equipped Laboratories, rich library, beautiful scenery and all other facilities.

Around three hundred fifty students are seeking admission in various classes run by the society every year , students from different part of India are getting education irrespective of their languages religion and culture which really adds in national integrity. Yavatmal Zilla Vikas Samiti have provided School Bus to the college so that students living at different parts of the city can suitably reach the college. College own building situated amidst excellent scenery and peaceful surroundings which keeps students mind very peaceful. In the Garden a serene temple of Snt. Gajanan is located. It gives tranquility and peace of mind of the students of our college.
