  1. General merit list will be prepared irrespective of cast or category on the basis of marks obtain at H.S.C STD XII ) examination or equivalent qualifying examination in aggregate out of 600. Provisional merit list indicating merit number and aggregate mark on the basis of which merit list is prepared will be notified on the notice board at the time and date mentioned.
  2. Candidate seeking admission can raise an objection by a written complaint to the principal if he has reason to believe that merit is not given correctly or his name is omitted. Such complaint should ladge within given time. No objection will be accepted thereafter.
  3. Incase of candidate securing equal number of marks at Std. XII , their relative merit will be reassessed, inter se on the basis of the following.
    1. A candidate passing the qualifying examination with higher aggregate marks (out of 600) shall be given first preference.
    2. A candidate having higher total marks (out of 700) at S.S.C examination shall be given second preference.
    3. A candidate who secures higher marks in science subject at S.S.C. examination will be given third preference.
    4. A candidate who secures higher marks in subject of mathematics (out of 150 ) at S.SC. examination will be given fourth preference.
  4. Provisional merit list of students admitted will be displayed after scrutinising the objection if any at the time and date as specified.
  5. Candidate who has been admitted shall confirm his/her admission by paying the specified fees and depositing the required certificates in original at the time of admission. Leaving certificate and certificate of marks at the qualifying examination will not be returned to any candidate once admitted.
  6. In the case of candidate for whom the admission if offered fails to take admission within the given time, the seat will be offered to next candidate in merit list subject to observation of quota reserved for various categories.
  7. After completing the admission for Maharashtra state student, if seats are vacant, will be fulfilled by outside state candidate from merit list of outside candidates on the basis of interse merit.

  1. No application will be accepted for consideration unless it is accompanied by the attested copies of documents. For All Candidate (Including B.C. candidates)
    • Certificate of marks obtained at qualifying examination.
    • School/ Institution leaving ( after qualifying examination) certificate.
    • Certificate of marks obtained at S.S.C or its equivalent examination.
    • Domicile certificate of parent / guardian.
    • Transfer order showing the date of transfer of his/her father along with joining certificate from head of office if required as per rule .
    • Medical certificate in prescribed proforma.
  2. The candidate belonging to backward classes. a. Certificate of cast validity issued by appropriate scrutiny committee along with certificate of cast and category.
  3. For candidate belonging to NT2, NT3 of OBC category !) Certificate for current years issued by SDO/ Deputy Collector / Collector concerned stating that the candidate does not belong to Creamy Layer.
  4. For children of Armed forces personnel domiciled in Maharashtra or transferred to but not domiciled in Maharashtra, certificate .
  5. For Physically handicapped candidate Medical certificate from Civil Surgeon.
  6. If a candidate is unable to produce the required original certificate at the time of his/her admission, it is made clear that such candidate shall be required to pay the fees then and there only and submit the required original certificate to the admission authority within 48 working hours as a period mentioned by the authority , candidate shall sign the undertaking for the same. If He/ She fails to submit the certificate within given period the admissions shall be treated as cancelled and no refund of fees shall be granted.
