RBIFT plans to play a promising role in laying the foundation
of Indian fashion & shaping its future with the technical knowledge
provided NIFT. The programme has been designed & developed in consultation
& guidance of NIFT, a premier Institute of Fashion Technology, Ministry
of Textile, Govt. of India. For close links with the Fashion Industry
& internationally reputed academic & research organization gives us
an insight into what will be expected of fashion professional in the
NIFT professionals have designed the courses curriculum.

Demonstration and talks by industry experts like photographers, stylists,
designers, media, and media persons, filmmakers. Participation in exhibitions,
trade fairs, fashion shows, workshops, seminars. A visit to film studios,
printing presses, media offices, retails outlets, design studios, factories,
museums, and art galleries.

International Designers Houses.
The Institute is well equipped with the infrastructure to make for a complete
learning experience. There are classrooms for fashion design, textiles,
management & information technology, a well-stocked library containing
books or various functional areas International journals & magazine; a
well equipped state -of - Art Computer center.
There is a system of continuous assessment students are evaluated by way
of assignments, projects, internships and presentations, which are held
through out the semester. Written exams will be held in the middle and
end of the term. Juries comprising academicians and industry professionals
judge student work. The objectives are to closely monitor a student's
evaluation as a professional.
The core elements of RBIFT's teaching methodology are theory, demonstration
and practice. The stress is on learning by doing. Students undertake classroom
and workshop assignments, conduct field observation, make presentation
and participate in group discussions and seminars, the lecture mode of
teaching is supplemented by the latest audio-visual and IT aids.
